- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing, which means time and material are together regardless of how long the technician takes to complete the job. We do not perform any service until the customer is satisfied and signs off on the estimate. No surprises here!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians attend weekly and monthly training in house in addition to attending vendor and industry supported training classes.
