About
I believe, deep down in my core, that photography is here force us to slow down, look at this moment and not let it pass you by. Life is crazy and especially with family life, it’s hard to slow down. To look at your kids around the dinner table and remember this exact moment, because next year they will have changed so much. That’s where I come in. I plan with my clients the perfect session to fit you and where you are in your life this moment. What do you want to freeze? What do you want to never forget about this exact season in your life? What will help you remember to slow down and be present with your family? Weather it’s a posed session in the studio of smiles and toes or a family outing to the mountains for a hike, I’m here to support your family by filling your walls and hearts with present moments.

Erin is wonderful. She has a lot of energy and works well with children. We received many beautiful photographs from our session and will definitely hire Erin in the future.

Erin was great to work with. She photographed my daughter and her cousin who are both 3 months old. She was extremely patient and the pictures turned out great! Erin gives you the rights to the photos and doesn't charge you for it, unlike most picture studios. I highly recommend her and will recommend her to all of my friends and family.

I love Erin and her work! She did absolutely amazing! She helped try to keep my 4yr old happy when he started getting crabby. She was so fun and understanding. The photos came out so beautiful and I loved all of them! I got the package deal for my newborn and she was perfectly fine that my 4yr old could jump in, too. Definitely going to her again, and again, for any occasion I need photographed! I highly recommend her!

These were our first photos as a family, so it was important that they were perfect. Erin did a fantastic job and made the experience fun and memorable! I will go back to her for future photo sessions! Highly recommended!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was 12, my Dad bought me my first SLR camera (a Minolta HTSI). I was instantly hooked and was lucky enough to experience shooting in both film and digital photography.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure that you know what style portrait session you want. If you love the matching outfits on a ladder then make sure you find that type of photographer. Each photographer has their own style. If you find yourself with an emotional response to the photographs in their portfolio, that's the photographer you want.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The amount of patience it takes to capture "the shot" is something to be earned and comes with lots of practice!
