- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost varies per project. I can take payment in person or online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Large events or long projects would require a contract, but for most jobs, a phone call is all I need. After I take your photos, I retouch and resize them, and e-mail them to you, usually within just a couple of days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked as a photographer and graphic designer in advertising and publishing since 1984, and with Adobe Photoshop since 1992. Besides the retirement of film, not much else has changed technically. Lenses and light behave the same way they always have.
