Knowing that I could Short Term Rent my property was great, but actually making it happen was a different story. Sam came into my home, knew exactly what I needed and brought it to life! My photos were beautiful, the property was staged perfectly, and we got our first booking RIGHT after he listed it! Sam did a great job helping me get my property set up and ready to rent out. I didn’t have a whole lot there and he helped me furnish the house and make it feel warm and inviting without breaking the bank. He is always very responsive and communicates well. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a percentage management fee model where we take care of managing your property for Short Term (AirBnb, VRBO and vacation rentals) and Long Term (12-24 month lease) for a percentage of overall revenue. This way you can get all the rewards of renting without the hassle of all of the check ins, check outs, tenant communication, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we will start with a consultation call to address your needs and see if we will be a good fit for you. Next step would be to meet at the property to get a better idea of the big picture and then go from there. On-boarding a new property can take anywhere from a week to four weeks.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Our portfolio consists of anything from small, one bedroom apartments to large luxury homes.
