Summit Construction and Consultingdid a great job on our roof. They were on time, communicative and did a good job protecting our property/cleaning up when they were done. Courtly was our primary contact and she was professional, easy to understand, and so nice. Strongly recommend! I hope we dont have to replace our roof again, but know who to contact if I do!

We had a great experience working with Summit Construction and Consulting. We were stressed about this big decision... to say the least. Their team was honest, easy to communicate with, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process much easier. We also really appreciated that some of our investment into this gives back through their partnership with the Childrens Diabetes Foundation. Id absolutely recommend Summit to anyone in Littleton and the surrounding area looking for a trustworthy roofing (or even exterior) contractor. We'll be using them again on a different project here soon!

I personally for dont leave reviews for contractors simply because most if not all work I have gotten in the past has been lets say, subpar. .As a contractor myself I have set that bar pretty high when it comes to what I expect from others. I spent 13 months looking for a local company to do some work that I needed to get knocked out, and I found Summit. I asked some really tough questions (Wasnt trying to act like an a-hole) and Tanner shot back with all the right answers like a dang boss, I was floored.A huge part of that phenomenal experience was, once again, Tanner. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Tanner was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He handled challenges quickly, kept communication clear, (Which is almost as important as doing the job correctly) in and made the whole experience stress-free. Its hard to find people anymore who combine professionalism with great customer service the way he does.
