HIGHLY RECOMMEND Summit Construction ad Consulting. I used them for a (what I thought was horrible!) gutter clean. I received an estimate within the first 24 hours - way less than that even - they showed up right on time, were extrnemely polite and professional and came totally prepared - I didn’t have to provide anything at all nor move a muscle! They went above and beyond too cleaning out my gutters completely and cleaning my roof (NOT part of the job but they did it anyways and dot NOT charge me extra for it) the price was beyond fair as it turned out to be a lot less work than they anticipated so they charged me way less than what they quoted me which is hard to find these days - usually if a job takes less time you have to pay for a certain amount, so it was so nice to have a company honor the time they actually spent cleaning and when I say it was a fair price, I mean it was fair - I feel I walked away with way more! A clean roof, clean gutters and money still left in my pocket! Great work, great workers, GREAT price. USE SUMMIT CONSTRUCTION AND CONSULTING! You will not be disappointed!

Summit Construction and Consultingdid a great job on our roof. They were on time, communicative and did a good job protecting our property/cleaning up when they were done. Courtly was our primary contact and she was professional, easy to understand, and so nice. Strongly recommend! I hope we dont have to replace our roof again, but know who to contact if I do!

I personally for dont leave reviews for contractors simply because most if not all work I have gotten in the past has been lets say, subpar. .As a contractor myself I have set that bar pretty high when it comes to what I expect from others. I spent 13 months looking for a local company to do some work that I needed to get knocked out, and I found Summit. I asked some really tough questions (Wasnt trying to act like an a-hole) and Tanner shot back with all the right answers like a dang boss, I was floored.A huge part of that phenomenal experience was, once again, Tanner. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Tanner was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He handled challenges quickly, kept communication clear, (Which is almost as important as doing the job correctly) in and made the whole experience stress-free. Its hard to find people anymore who combine professionalism with great customer service the way he does.
