Our pricing is simple and transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises. • Flat Rate: We charge a $28-36/hr flat rate for Unarmed & Armed guards. Amount is based on the site & client needs. • All-Inclusive: Our rate includes: • Uniformed licensed guards • Exterior patrols • Connecteam GPS tracking • Verified scan-points • Digital Daily Activity Reports • Incident reports • Supervisor oversight • Scheduling & admin support • Equipment (radios, lights, etc.) There are no extra charges for reporting, documentation, photos, or overtime unless the client requests extended hours. • Discounts: We offer discounted rates for long-term or high-hour contracts (week-long, month-long, or 24/7 sites). • No startup fees: No setup fees, onboarding fees, or administrative fees. • Clear Terms: Everything is written in a short Service Agreement so expectations, duties, and payments are clear and easy to understand. • Flexible Billing: Invoices can be sent through our business website, email PDF, or US Bank/Wix system, depending on what’s easiest for the client.

We keep the process simple, transparent, and professional so customers know exactly what to expect: 1. Quick Needs Assessment We discuss your security needs (hours, location, duties, concerns) to determine the best coverage. 2. Clear Pricing & Terms We offer a flat $28-36/hr rate, explain exactly what’s included, and make sure everything is understood upfront. 3. Service Agreement A simple, straightforward Service Agreement is sent for approval. It outlines the schedule, rate, responsibilities, and reporting expectations. 4. Provide All Documentation We share everything you need before we start, including: • Capability Statement • Licenses & insurance certificates • Sample DAR & Incident Reports • Company policies (if requested)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has over 10 years of professional security experience across residential, commercial, event, and high-risk environments. This includes hands-on work in patrol, de-escalation, property protection, and supervisory roles. All Ironcrest officers are: • State-licensed security guards • Required to complete the mandatory 12-hour state security training course (“dirty dozen” training) in accordance with Colorado security laws • Trained in de-escalation, conflict prevention, and situational awareness • Experienced in patrol procedures, reporting, and customer interaction • Monitored and supported by a 24/7 supervisor and captain We emphasize professionalism, accountability, and continuous training so every guard is fully prepared to protect your property and represent your business with integrity.
