- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 man crew (labor only) - 60$ per hour + 40$ travel 3 man crew (labor only) - 90$ per hour + 60$ travel 4 man crew (labor only) - 120$ per hour + 80$ travel (We include all moving equipment (dollies, 4 wheel dollies, ratchet straps for local moves, etc) 2 man crew with 26ft truck - 85$ per hour + (40 - 80$) One time Fuel charge (Depending on distance) 3 man crew with 26ft truck - 115$ per hour + Fuel Charge (same) 4 man crew with 26ft truck - 140$ per hour + Fuel Charge (same) Pianos and Safes also moved for extra charge depending on size and difficulty (100$ - 300$) no other charges
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out what all of the customers needs are, such as size of residence, distance to new residence, are there any oversize pieces such as pianos or safes, and are there any extremely fragile or valuable pieces that need special attention.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this kind of work because im a health and strength fanatic and it was a really fun and entertaining challenge. We love meeting new people everyday and being a part of a meaningful time in their life.
