- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for first responders and veterans. We are as transparent as possible about project details so customers are informed of pricing expectations. Contact us for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer should provide a brief description of the service needed, and photos of the project(idea photos work fine). After receiving the information needed we can supply a rough estimate or provide an in-person consultation for exact pricing if required. Once in the agreement of services needed and pricing we fill out paperwork, take deposits, and order materials. The project is completed according to the customer's schedule. Final payment is made at the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education- Forklift and Boom lift, fall protection, general safety meetings. Certifications- 3g, 4g, Decking, LN25 3g, LN25 4g, Mig, Etc.
