We believe quality craftsmanship begins with honest, transparent pricing. Every estimate is carefully prepared based on the scope of work, materials, labor, and project requirements, with no hidden fees or unexpected surprises. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make every project as simple and stress-free as possible. We begin with a conversation to understand your vision, followed by reviewing photos, measurements, plans, or scheduling a site visit if necessary. After evaluating the project, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, pricing, and projected timeline. Once the estimate is approved, we finalize the design (if required), collect the project deposit, order materials, and schedule fabrication and installation. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication so you always know what to expect. Before completion, we perform a final quality inspection to ensure every detail meets our high standards before requesting final payment. Our commitment is simple: clear communication, exceptional craftsmanship, and a finished product built to last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines generations of hands-on experience with professional training and industry certifications. We hold multiple structural welding certifications, including 3G, 4G, FCAW (LN-25), MIG, and decking certifications. We also maintain ongoing safety training in OSHA jobsite practices, fall protection, forklift and boom lift operation, and jobsite hazard awareness. As certified welders with years of residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal experience, we are committed to producing safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work on every project.
