- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide flat fee rates, which generally saves my clients money over hourly-based rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially meet with an interested client over the phone to discuss the case. Once hired, I send the client Powers of Attorney forms so that I may contact the taxing authorities right away. My clients have access to my direct line and cell phone as needed. We are a small, independently owned company dedicated to fighting for our clients' rights.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado and an Enrolled Agent (IRS), which allows me to represent clients all across the United States. I have been working in the legal tax field for nearly ten years.
