Jay provided excellent service and quality work with 2 projects. The faucet replacement was complicated as a faucet handle broke when we tried to stop the leak on our own. He worked diligently to remove the old faucet and complete the new installation. The other project was diagnosing and resolving the cause of a water hammer issue. He replaced the pressure regulator and corrected the pressure on the expansion tank. Everything is working really well now!

Jay was amazing. Had great communication and was very professional. He explained the issue clearly on what was wrong with our electric water heater. He had to leave to get a rebuild kit and installed everything in a timely manner.
