I had an absolutely incredible experience with this company. My heat went out in the middle of the night and I was able to contact them and get a response very early in the morning and a team was at my house by 8 AM that same morning. As a renter, they also contacted the homeowner for approval themselves and it was seamless. It was extremely and incredibly impressive and professional, and I highly recommend this company, in particular the technician Fred Gottschalk. He was impressively knowledgeable about the system, and taught me many things about how to properly run my system in the most efficient way. He is the epitome of a helpful and experienced professional and I am so thankful he was the one to come help! 10 stars. I am so impressed with the entire team, the scheduling and communication was clear and efficient. Highly highly recommend this company for any of its services.

I hired Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing to replace my Sump Pump, and I am so glad that I did. The price was right. They responded immediately after my reachout. The workers Nolan and Jo Jo were great. Very professional. Had a sense of humor. Took care of the job in a timely manner. Explained the whole process to me. And did a thorough clean up afterwards. Isaiah came out very quickly to help with a gas issue that caused us to lose heating during a snow storm. He gave great advice to solve the problem that didn’t cost anything, I wasn’t even charged for a service call. I even offered to tip him since he drove all the way out through the snow, but he declined. I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be keeping their information for any future plumbing issues I have. Thank you Isaiah!

Booking process through Thumbtack was simple and efficient.
In my problem description I mentioned the city had done some work on the lines in the street. Before coming to our door, Darion examined the recent work on the street. After entering our home he confirmed he had done so, then proceeded to ask about the concerning sound we’ve been hearing and was able to describe the sound perfectly. He explained what he thought the issue was clearly and in terms I could easily understand.
We then confirmed the issue together by testing the fixtures until we could recreate the issue and confirm Darion’s theory.
From there, he was able to give a clear quote and upon accepting was able to complete the job immediately because he had all tools and parts on hand.
Darion did a great job on the repair and respecting our living space with protective gear. And on top of that he thoroughly cleaned everything when he was done.
I’m very happy with the service we received.
