Johnathon replaced 3 bathroom faucets. He was very responsive and customer service oriented from the start. He called and texted as needed, and he was willing to work around my schedule without charging me any extra fees. The final bill was exactly the amount quoted. Johnathon had very reasonable pricing based on other quotes I received for the job. He called when he was on his way, arrived when he was expected, and he got right to work. He was professional and pleasant. I also asked a few questions about my shut-off valve, and he went above and beyond to take a few minutes to provide some plumbing info. It was a great experience, and I will definitely use Johnathon for any future plumbing needs. I will also not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I highly recommend Jonathon for water heater replacement. He was professional and responsive in scheduling the work, explained my options and helped me make an economical choice, arrived on time and kept all his commitments. He also did a very nice job painting and reflooring my water heater closet. Now my water heating facility is just like new and I appreciate the service Jonathon provided every day.

John came out to put in a new water heater and take away the old. He came out ASAP so that we were without hot water for only a short time. He was courteous and professional and even did one other little plumbing job while he was there. We would highly recommend John.

J&N Plumbing did an excellent job on my water heater replacement. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was over the top. The communication upfront and throughout job completion was superb. Jonathon is extremely professional and customer oriented, respectful, timely and polite. I couldn't ask for, nor expect a better experience. Even arrived early for the job and flexed to meet my needs and schedule. What a refreshing experience!! Outstanding, plus, plus, plus!!
