FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fixed packages start at $1,499 for a single-page site, $3,499 for a full-stack web app, and $5,999 for custom SaaS or enterprise builds. You approve a fixed price in writing before work begins, so there are no surprise invoices. A 50% deposit reserves your start date, and the balance is due before launch. Invoices are due within 14 days. There are no hidden fees: hosting, domain registration, and third-party services are your responsibility after launch, and I tell you what those cost before you commit. Hourly work, when agreed, is billed at $150 per hour, and payment plans are available on larger builds with milestones agreed in writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send an inquiry through the contact form. I reply personally, usually within 1 business day, and we talk through what you need. You get a written proposal with a fixed price and timeline. The 50% deposit reserves your start date. I build, you review at agreed checkpoints, we do revision rounds, then we launch and I hand everything over with documentation and a handoff call. You communicate directly with me the whole way. No account managers, no ticket queues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a full-stack web developer and a U.S. Army veteran, based in Denver, Colorado. I am completing a degree in Business Administration at MSU Denver, and I build with modern, proven tools: Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, and Tailwind CSS. I also hold certifications from Google in cybersecurity (Foundations of Cybersecurity; Connect and Protect: Networks and Network Security; and Play It Safe: Manage Security Risks, all 2026) and from LinkedIn in Business Writing Principles (2026).
