FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is listed on our website (on each individual service page), but prices are intended to be approximate rates. Each project is unique and comes with its own pricing structure, restrictions, and variables. Our clients appreciate that we charge based on the final project deliverable instead of per hour. We never miss project milestones and will keep you updated on the progress of your project to ensure it’s coming along exactly as you’d like. If you’re not happy, we’re not either. Our professionals have a combined 20 years of solid graphic design, web design, and writing experience and assure you that your project will be safe in capable and talented hands. Every project price listed on our website includes two complete revisions free of charge. We’ll be glad to revise further for a fee, starting at $50. An initial consultation is provided free of charge. Further meetings or consultations (phone, face-to-face, or virtual) can be arranged for a fee of $90/hour. Please be aware that we require an initial deposit of 25% to begin work. We may ask that larger tasks be divided into individual phases with payment assigned to each one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin working with a new customer, we jump on board with your mission. We are ready to be on your team, and we have built our very processes on ensuring we can maximize the way that we impact your brand. Once we understand what drives your business, we can then determine how to best be of service to you. We’ll first have a consultation meeting where we get to know your business, your customers, and any issues you might be having. Next, we’ll examine your current digital marketing strategy and see how your competitors compare with your tactics. We’ll also look at your target audience to determine how they’re finding services and products in your industry. Finally, we’ll piece together a proposed blueprint of what needs to be done to meet your needs. The rest is up to us: we’ll complete development and will have a draft ready for your review in no time.
