- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am here to help, to guide, to support, to cheer you from the sidelines. I'm here to see you succeed. In my mind, there is nothing better than seeing a light bulb go on in a student's head.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule an informal chat to make sure we're a good fit. This initial session is free of charge to anyone who seeks my services. If we decide to work together, I first help you define what you want to get out of our relationship so we're on the same page. If I can't help you, I'll be straight with you. If I'm not what you're looking for, you'll be straight with me. If we match up, we decide on a day and time to meet regularly. I'm flexible about rescheduling as long as my calendar allows it. Payments generally come via Venmo, but I'm flexible about that, too. I accept checks and/or other payment apps. I accept payments as soon as right before each session all the way to once per month. If you need extra assistance with payments, please simply let me know and we'll work something out. You should never have to go without learning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in English, a Master's in Communication, and have nearly completed a PhD in Educational Leadership, Research and Policy.
