What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
~Standard reoccurring clean $25/hr- kitchen floors swept and hands/knees mopping, complete bathroom, dusting, and vacuuming. ~Deep one-time clean $25hr- Complete kitchen including cabinets, counters, polish exterior of appliances. Complete bathroom. Furniture and nicknaks polished, baseboards, windowsills, glass door tracks, vacuuming, surface polishing ~Move-in/out $35/hr- interior of oven and refrigerator, wipe out drawers and cabinets, magic erase walls and door frames, window cleaning, carpet cleaning. Along with every surface polished.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically for new clients, I like to have my helper for the first couple sessions. So you see a noticeable, dramatic difference throughout your entire home. My helper does a standard cleaning, as I come behind and do the detailed deep cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Momma gave me the skills I would need for this industry. She was a hoarder and I finally couldn't take it anymore and went completely OCD with cleaning and organizing our own home.
