Introduction: My work of the past 23 years has focused on helping individuals and couples heal their mental health issues that hold them back in life, and develop new skills to move them forward with much more positive outcomes. Remember, you don't have change until you get better results in your life. As therapy progresses we explore the areas of your life that keep you in old patterns that don't serve you and your relationships well, and work on a plan of action to create the changes you desire in your life. Your best results come from utilizing the holistic approach I bring to each of our therapy sessions to help you create your best life possible. My work as a Christian Counselor is deeply rewarding as I experience my client's new successes in life as a result of our work together. My ministry serves the Four Corners area, and brings me a lot of fulfillment as I live out the calling God has on my life.

Therapy begins with a complimentary phone consultation, then an intake session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continuously learning and improving my knowledge and skills as a psychotherapist & counselor. My education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Human Relations. I have several additional trainings in clinical hypnotherapy, energy healing and EMDR II trauma therapy.
