If you are looking to have Mr. Salazar and Spinker Solutions install a system, please look to spend your $ elsewhere. They are highly unprofessional, not customer focused and just looking to take your money. They extemely under quote their services and you essentially get what you pay for. A system with multple dry spots and a company owner who is unwilling to service any complaints and/or correct any of the shotty work. He avoids phone calls, makes appts he will not keep and will take 4 to 5 times longer to complete the work. He only completed what he thought was a sprinkler system after harrassment to finish the job. We are left to address the system issues ourselves after multiple attempts to work with him. I am certain he will post a series of excuses in response to this post but trust me RUN, RUN, RUN from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a pretty bad experience with Frank last year when he installed sprinklers and sod in the backyard. Since there is a warranty (supposedly - and knowing the way he operates, this would be voided if someone else touched the system, this is the ONLY reason I'd EVER hire this man again), I had him do sprinklers and sod in the front yard this year. He lies about what he does and his reasoning behind decisions he's made, as though I'm an idiot (for one, told me he purposely left 8 inches of dirt at the edge of the yard for the sod to "expand'), its been 2 weeks since he did the install and I'm STILL watering a 6'x6' area of my yard where I had to plant grass seed because he didn't sod it at all for some reason and the sprinklers don't reach it either! I call him daily and he promise he'd be here today to install a "stronger" sprinkler head (the sprinkler needs to be moved altogether but that's too much effort apparently) and what do you know, he didn't show. Seriously considering taking him to court. Fed up with his LIES, SLOPPY WORK, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do NOT hire this man to touch ANYTHING in your yard - consider yourself warned!

They say 100% satisfaction and professional service! THIS IS NOT TRUE! 0% satisfied and very unprofessional. The only thing they did was schedule an appointment, after that nothing. No one showed, no one called, no one answered the phone and no one returned messages. Very poor service in my book. I recommened everyone stay far away from this business... if that's what you want to call it.

Service tech did try to call customer, left a message to ask if apt could be rescheduled, no response from customer.

Wow, surprised to see the other reviews as my experience with Sprinkler Solutions was nothing but positive, competitive prices and professional work. I had a total landscape project performed this past Fall which included sprinkler installation, rock installation and sod. I have had no complaints. Highly recommended.

I hired Frank and his company to complete a project awhile back. I had to follow-up behind him on most projects to fix the poor workmanship. If you closely oversee the project, he and his crew will step up and properly complete the job. Frank insists he will provide quality work, however, he may cut corners and rush through a project. I've moved on to another company to complete some other projects with excellent results.
