FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing. You know how much the job will cost before we begin. You can rest at ease that we will not come back later and tell you the price has gone up and you will not have to worry about a per hour charge when you do not know when the project will be complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with customers on the phone to get as much details about the job as possible. This helps us provide a better quote for the job and we can then be more efficient when the time comes to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Master electrician has completed a 5 year apprenticeship as well as 4 years of National Training Institute at the University of Tennessee. He is also a credentialed electrical trades instructor for Denver Public Schools. He has taught hundreds of electrical apprentices over the past 15 years, overseen large Federal and private commercial jobs and has managed both small and large crews.
