My experience with Foothills started off very promising — the initial design meeting was great, and we aligned on goals, timeline, and pricing without issue. The first week of work also went smoothly.
Unfortunately, things went downhill in week two. It became clear that another project was taking priority over finishing mine, and the rush showed in the quality of work. My main issues:
• The shower floor isn't sloped correctly, leaving a puddle at the wrong end.
• Paint splatters were left all over the bathroom — on light fixtures, mirrors, faucets, and the floor.
• Most frustratingly, rather than adjust the plumbing to fit my new vanity (my one big splurge item), they cut a hole in the drawer instead. I was home and available to discuss options -- but no one asked.
I had high hopes for this project, and the early signs were encouraging. But as the project progressed, the quality suffered. I can't recommend Foothills based on this experience.

Very unprofessional schedule rescheduled with me multiple times brought five people to my house to do a training and then when I got the estimate, he was more than double any other plumber that I got and he told me well. Go have them do the work. This guy is a joke. Wouldn’t use them very expensive and very rude. Do not recommend waste of time.

We like to meet the customer at their property to understand the scope of the project, take measurements, discuss design elements, and schedule.
We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively, if not right then and there in the home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many bathroom remodel companies are a small outfit usually consisting of one or two guys, or maybe even just a handyman/jack-of-all-trades. Sometimes those companies are great, but far too often they're not, and customers are left with either an unfinished or inferior product, or in the worst case scenarios, no product at all. We recommend customers compare not just the final price of an estimate, but the level of experience, knowledge, and customer service that is provided as well.
