- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consult where i can price multiple options on the spot with you, as well as multiple designs. This way you dont wait weeks for pricing and wonder if its even the right fit. With acceptance of a bid we can create a digital design of your project to show you what it will look like before we get started, so we can be best in tune with your needs and wants. This is also available upfront as a design fee. Before breaking ground we will come out and look at the drawing with you onsite, go over details and talk about things like gutter drains, conduit for electric, low voltage, sprinklers etc so that your project is thouroughly planned out for the present and the future needs. I come back onsite once forms are up to go over the details agiain before we pour. We can look at design details, conduit placing, gutter drains etc and make sure everythings as it should be, and see if there is anything else we want to add to make sure your project is the most thoroughly thought out one.
