- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on driveways and garage floors, exclusively. Our pricing is very competitive on those types of projects, when compared to others who follow the same process. I’ve yet to meet a contractor in this market that does.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That same as working with a 3rd or 4th time customer: 1) educate clients so they understand why we do each step and why it matters, and 2) communicate through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally attend certified training at the World of Concrete convention every year.
