- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and detailed with no hidden costs. We offer competitive pricing while still using quality materials and proper installation methods. We also offer discounts for military members and first responders. Payment schedules are discussed clearly before the project begins so customers know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer about their goals, timeline, and budget. Then I schedule an on-site visit to measure and evaluate the project conditions. After that, I provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, pricing, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the prep and installation professionally, and finish with a walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
residential, commercial, and industrial construction, including concrete flatwork, heavy civil, and site development. I’ve worked as a superintendent and project manager overseeing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, safety, quality control, ADA compliance, and equipment operation.
