Marcelle spent a considerable amount of time with me to understand fully the specifics of the job, and to cover options that were appropriate. She came up with a bid quickly and it was very reasonable. The contractors did a very good job. I’m very happy with it. I would recommend Mother Nature’s Granite and would work with them again.

I can hardly find the words to express my utter frustration and disappointment with Mother Nature's Granite LLC. If I could give them a rating lower than zero, I would do so in a heartbeat. My experience with this company, or should I say, "company," has been nothing short of a nightmare. Let's start with the fact that Marcelle, who claims to be some sort of professional, is nothing more than a granite broker. She has the audacity to tout her expertise while essentially subcontracting the entire job to JP Granite, led by the infamous Josue. From start to finish, this entire ordeal has been a rollercoaster of incompetence. It's baffling how little they care about their customers or the quality of their work. The lack of attention to detail is mind-boggling. Instead of proper templating, they measured using a flimsy measuring tape and a right angle square, resulting in measurements that were not even close to accurate. And let's not forget the precut granite they brought in – it was so out of square that it looked like a child's first attempt at a geometry project. But the icing on the cake is their attempt at seams. I kid you not, they used a yellow epoxy that stood out like a sore thumb, and it wasn't just a few seams – there were more than I could count. The level of craftsmanship was so appalling that I'm convinced I could have done a better job blindfolded with one hand tied behind my back. What's worse is their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. When I asked them to fix their mess, they had the audacity to walk away from the job. Apparently, taking responsibility for their abysmal work is not in their vocabulary. Now, I'm left with a half-completed project and the daunting task of salvaging it. Finding a reputable company to rectify their mistakes is going to be a Herculean challenge. I am infuriated by the sheer audacity of Mother Nature's Granite LLC. This is not a company that cares about quality or craftsmanship. They are merely a profit-driven entity, willing to sacrifice customer satisfaction and the integrity of their work for a quick buck. My advice to anyone reading this is to steer clear of Mother Nature's Granite LLC at all costs. Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the endless pursuit of trying to fix their mess. This company's name might suggest a connection to nature, but their actions are a slap in the face to anything remotely natural or authentic.
