The job consisted of seeking 45k in back pay accumulated over 17 years. Mark moved on it and in 3 months he put enough pressure on the absent parent and I was offered a settlement of which I would have never seen had I not hired such a great attorney. We collect child support arrears usually at no out of pocket cost to our client. Divorce is per the community standard rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an intake interview and go from there. New divorce cases involve paperwork preparation. Existing divorce cases require response to current events and developments
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Juris Doctorate (law) Degree. Various continuing legal education courses. Paralegal certificate in 1986. Over 30 years of experience in the legal profession.
