It was time to replace my whole HVAC system. Tuscan was timely and professional. I like some other contractors they made the process easy including the rebate from Xcel Energy. They completed the install in a timely and professional fashion. Everyone I worked with was great.

I called Tuscan because my furnace wouldn’t turn on. They were quick to respond and come out. It was just a couple wires that weren’t connected and they connected the free of charge. Will definitely be considering their maintenance plane after we move in!

I have an older condo unit built in 1970 and my thermostat went out in winter. I had 4 hvac techs come out to my place where only 1 could diagnose the problem but they all denied me service because they were either not specialized or didn’t understand you didn’t need access to my entire complex’s boiler system. John W. from Tuscan EHP truly saved my day and sanity. He was punctual and was flexible with my time when I had to change the time window last minute and he quickly installed a new thermostat and I was able to get heat for the first time in two months. Overall excellent service and I would hire Tuscan EHP and John again.

Tuscan Electric Heating & Plumbing was great in helping with our furnace that was acting up. Oliver Garcia came the same day we called and stayed late until we had working heat for a cold night. He had to diagnose a difficult issue and was very polite and explained every step of the way. Definitely will be using Tuscan Electric Heating & Plumbing in the future!
