We had a capacitor blow one day before 90+ degree weather. We reached out to three pros, and Tuscan responded in literally 30 seconds. They scheduled a pro to come out within 2 hours, and showed up right on time. It took only 20 minutes to diagnose and resolve the issue, and the price was reasonable. All in all, an extremely impressive and pleasant experience.

Had an issue that was less of a problem than I initially thought. Vincent from Tuscan EH&P showed up on-time and got right to work. He did an thorough inspection and gave me the peace-of-mind I needed. Definitely found my guys for HVAC work, and will be back in touch with Vincent to replace Ol' Betsy once she finally goes.

They recently installed a new furnace and a/c for us. They were quick and efficient with install, coming back for a few inspection issues, and then also when a part was bad they immediately came out, believed me, and fixed the issue as soon as possible. They also provided a portable a/c while it was getting fixed - and this was all after I paid them for no additional charge. I think a company proves their worth when something goes wrong and Tuscan really impressed me with their service.
