Had an issue that was less of a problem than I initially thought. Vincent from Tuscan EH&P showed up on-time and got right to work. I had a great experience with Tuscan Electric Plumbing and Heating. My HVAC capacitor went out, and they were quick to respond and get someone out to fix it. Vincent, the technician, did excellent work at a fair and reasonable price. Throughout the entire process, the communication from the Tuscan team was professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They recently installed a new furnace and a/c for us. They were quick and efficient with install, coming back for a few inspection issues, and then also when a part was bad they immediately came out, believed me, and fixed the issue as soon as possible. They also provided a portable a/c while it was getting fixed - and this was all after I paid them for no additional charge. I think a company proves their worth when something goes wrong and Tuscan really impressed me with their service.
