John came over to assess why my furnace was cycling over and over and cleaned up my heat sensor and walked me through the whole process of reviewing my furnace, and got my furnace back up on the spot with no charge for the consult. Earlier in the day I had another company come over that said they also offered free estimates but turns out in order for them to diagnose anything they charge 79.00, plus they took apart my furnace and didn’t put all the pieces back in place. So it was so much nicer to have John come over and give me a thorough inspection and honestly.
