- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically most projects vary so much as to the effort there is not a one size fits all price. I require the customer to outline everything they need and I come up with quote for the project that lists the work to be done with a fixed price or if preferred I can charge an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding what they are looking to have developed, maintained or fixed. I send a detailed quote for them to understand the work being done how long it takes and the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently bring 18 years of experience with building digital products and effectively leading development teams. My engineering expertise has been focused on web and mobile application development, web server administration and user experience with building and managing highly scalable web applications. I have been involved with emerging startups to working with notable Fortune 500 clients such as Sony Pictures, Sony Vaio, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Western Union.
