Melissa is a WOW and a genius when it comes to technology and repairs. Her work is diligent experienced and professional and she doesn't give up but perseveres until the problem is gone or an issue resolved. She is excellent at what she does and does so in a highly professional manner! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, even a stranger or my dearest friend!
