- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very fair and reasonable pricing for our painting services. Our customers will know exactly how much the job will cost before we get started. We do work with our customers when it comes to pricing and scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have received a call or have been contacted by a new customer we will then gather any information from them about the job before setting up an in person meeting. We will then meet the customer at the job and talk about their expectations with the job. Setting up details and expectations from the start ensures a smooth and successful painting project. Through out the job we will keep open daily communication with our new customer until job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in the painting world since 1986 when I first began to paint. But all of the painters who work for Yeti Pro Painters are experienced motivated painters... we love to paint !
