We have used Platinum Home Services for two separate water leaks, one small scale and one very large scale. Greg completed each timely, with excellent attention to detail, and most importantly correctly repaired each to have our home looking even better than it was. Most recently our large scale project was a dishwasher leak on the mid floor to the basement which required diagnosing the cause of the leak, tear out and mitigation, repair of plumbing, electricity, hardwood floors, carpeting, framing, drywall, texture, and paint. Greg completed and oversaw the timely completion of each, in addition to working with our insurance so that we were on track. He is flexible, empathetic to how stressful home repairs can be, responsive, respectful, and a true professional at all he does. We are so glad to have met him and would give our highest recommendation!

I had my shower dropped from a step up to floor level. Gregory Schlauer with Platinum Home Service did the drywall and texture above the shower and the sides. I am very happy with the results. Gregory knew what needed to be done and the work was finished in good time.

Platinum Home Service charges a $39 evaluation fee to take a look at your project and provide you with an estimate. This fee is waived if you choose to move forward with the project. We also have a promotion of 10% off your first service with a maximum amount of $250.

Platinum Home Service will collect some basic information like name, phone number, home or business address, and email address to establish you in our system. You can also book an appointment online through our website. We provide in person estimates catered to your specific needs. Same day service is provided for projects that can be completed in a shorter time frame. We accept payment in for the form of cash, check, debit and credit card.

This encompasses a wide range of skillsets to provide my clients with the best results possible without having to outsource labor.
