Very responsive and flexible with my schedule. Mike is very knowledgeable about appliance repair and had us up and running right away. He is friendly but professional and quite responsable price wise. We are very very happy with this experience.

Mike called soon after I posted the job. We made an appointment and he came on time. He looked at the freezer, assessed the problem and then, when asked, he checked the washing machine while he was here, and ordered the necessary parts. He wasn't able to be there at the time we initially set for the repairs because one of the ordered parts was not in. He kept me informed by phone so that I knew what to expect. He was knowledgeable about the repair of both things. I will definitely call on Local Motive again for appliance repair.
