- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate with a deposit due at the time of securing a date. Deposit is 50% of total charge. Quotes are determined based on time, coverage and other considerations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a time to chat over the phone so we can get to know each other before deciding if we are compatible. After this, we will draw up a contract that details the job specifics as well as expectations from both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Documentary studies minor and otherwise self-taught.
