Way beyond expectations. 20-year-old gas Heat-n-Glo fireplace now brand new thanks to the expertise of Chimney Karma. No joke. We wouldn’t turn the thing on because it smelled funny, looked weak and cloudy and just sad. Now... we run it every night and can’t stop staring at it. Major attention to detail. Super professional and just plain nice people. Thank you!

Adam was great to work with on our fireplace and chimney service. He was informative and communication was great. He did an excellent job and he was a good value. Absolutely great experience. Very responsive and punctual and affordable. I needed my gas fireplace inspected and repaired and they scheduled very quickly and were accurate with their arrival and what needed to be done. They also have an annual inspection program that takes guess work out of maintenance. Great company. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and kept me updated on the status of the work as well as the additional expense due to missing parts in the fireplace. Unfortunately I don't live in the house to personally vouch for the quality of work but based on pictures and video sent to me, it does look good.

Thank you Nattu. It's hard to show what there was, and what there is now. The video and photos can't show the night and day difference a refurbished gas fireplace, with fresh embers brings to an otherwise empty room.

    What type of fuel does the unit burn?The make and model number, of your heating unit.. usually on the back of many stoves, or on the front behind the spark screen on pre-fab/ metal fireplaces.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to perform a level 2 inspection for each new client. That way you will have video of the entire flue/stovepipe from top to bottom. From the very first time I sweep it, we will know if there are ANY issues. NFPA actually requires a level two anytime there is a new owner or

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 8 years experience as a Chimney Technician,a Certified Chimney Professional, and I am a tech guy as well. I make use of a 360° cam to inspect the inside of your flue and dryer vents for anything that may jeopardize the safety of your home. If there is a problem, I can actually show you and offer a solution if there is one.
