- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A trip to your home always includes a $90 fee and includes the drive there and back, a full safety and visual check as well as a proper and honest diagnosis or estimate for the work involved. Nothing further is charged unless the customer has agreed to further work, parts and labor. No pressure to agree to any work, just good solid options and information to work with. That's our promise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive and listen to the customer. Understand precisely what they need and promptly give them options that align with what they need as closely as can be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the business doing repairs and replacements in heating, cooling and boilers since 2014.
