- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction of self, make sure it’s okay to enter their home with my shoes on or need protective coverings. Get an understanding of work they need done. Discuss my opinions of scope of work and my process and ask to see if that is okay with them. Communication about your investment is priority.
