- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photographer: Minimum of $100-$135/shoot & editing process, 25% deposit for the overall price. Writing & Editing: $0.02-$0.04/word OR $30-$50/hour. Digital Design: $35-$55/hour. VARIOUS AMOUNTS OF DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE. FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT FOR MORE INFORMATION! :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer, videographer, social media coordinator, marketing sales assistant, and a professional writer for roughly 4+ years. I have worked for a handful of different film companies where I was the lead Social Media Marketer, Photographer, Writer, and Videographer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I quit my 9-5 because I was dreading the work I was apart of, then, I was offered an apprenticeship with a local, independent film company. Everything lined up flawlessly, and I was then in charge of the social media marketing, sales team, photographer, project writer/consultant, and videographer. I then gained further experience with another film company and business doing the same exact type of work. I loved it! However, I realized I was not able to establish the relationships I strived for with my clients, therefore, I dove head first into freelance work!
