- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes: 1. Consultation phone/zoom call, 2. Photoshoot 3. Post-processing 4. Final appointment with the physical products (e.g., albums, prints) if necessary. Regardless of the service and product ordered, you will also receive all edited photos free to download in an online gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me a message—I'd love to connect! I work well with a variety of personalities, but clear communication is key to a great experience. I'm laid back and open to your ideas, but if you’re unsure of what you want, I’m happy to step in as your photography director and guide the process. Above all, my priority is making sure you’re comfortable, thrilled with your photos and fully get what you're looking for.
