Dawn contacted us almost immediately after we contacted her and we set up a time that very day. She arrived when she said she would. She walked into in our home and was extremely friendly and took time to understand exactly what our notary needs were. She came fully prepared with the tools of her trade and answered all of our questions. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dawn! Hiring her as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond, and her support started months before the big day. She scheduled calls, kept us on track, shared ideas, and even helped collect decor items to bring our vision to life.

On our wedding day, Dawn was on top of every detail. She knew the timeline inside and out, coordinated with all our vendors, and kept everything running so smoothly. She understood my vision, embraced my sometimes-crazy ideas, and had the hustle, sense of urgency, and care to make it all happen. Because of her, I was able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy our wedding.

One of my favorite examples: Dawn came prepared with umbrellas, even though I was convinced it wasn’t going to rain! When we needed them for a few minutes before the ceremony, what could have been a stressful moment became something truly magical. Our guests were so thankful she had thought ahead, and it ended up being such a special memory.

But what meant the most was how much Dawn cared about me as a person. During planning calls when I was overwhelmed and falling apart, she was a supportive friend. She listened, reassured me, and reminded me to take care of myself along the way.
