Introduction: We offer Pilates lessons based on the original, classical Pilates techniques which will get you the results you seek. We accept students of all levels, from beginner to super advanced. No prior experience required. Students learn to incorporate all Pilates principles (concentration, centering, control, breathe, flow and precision) through movement; creating a longer, stronger, more flexible, more efficient body. Other benefits include: Increased body awareness, decreased back pain, improved bone density, improved pelvic control (just to name a few!). We are also offering privates and duets.
