My experience could not have gone better. Jason was super responsive, did an incredible job designing my website and provided me with a tutorial so that I could understand the functions of the site. He was really patient with the changes and additions I requested. with people like Jason, it's difficult to find the fault to point out, or to share. He's not very quick at returning phone calls, but that was only a day. My advice is to hire them, and do EXACTLY what it is that they are asking you do to. They will do an excellent job.
