I am so impressed by Jeff and his team. He was the first to respond to my thumbtack request and the first to schedule the appointment (within 24 hours, which also required a drive from Vail just to assess my issue). He was extremely thorough, investigating every nook and cranny and spending more than 45 minutes assessing whether I had a mold issue. Despite driving more than five hours just to visit us and return home, he accurately determined we did not have a mold issue at all, saving us potentially hundreds of dollars in just the initial assessment. His honesty and thoroughness restored my faith in contractors and I am so fortunate he was willing to make the drive. Additionally, he was personable and professional. I highly recommend him for any Colorado (or Maui) based job!

We use Exactimate. Exactimate is billing system that Insurance companies and contractors both use to keep our pricing the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk the homeowner through every step of the service that we are going to provide. We address any questions or concerns that the client might have. Our Project managers will be in contact daily and be on the job site to monitor progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team is "WRT" certified by the IIRCR. The IICRC sets the standard for restoration.
