- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated. We have something for everyone, and every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial contact via email, my goal is to find out exactly what the potential customer wants. If they don't know, or are unsure then I send an email document containing information about the company and what we provide. This is typically followed up with a phone conversation and Q&A.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend annual events in Las Vegas to stay on top of the latest equipment trends and tips from other pros in the industry.
