Michael at Flatirons Heating and Air was fantastic. Our AC unit kept tripping the breaker and he responded promptly and was able to schedule first thing the following morning. On his way to the house, he let us know when he would be arriving and even asked if we wanted coffee. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner at an affordable rate. Found my AC ‘guy’

Mike at Flatirons was exactly what we needed and were hoping for to complete a job in our new condo. He replaced and installed a new thermostat with ease. And in doing some quality assurance work on that installation, Mike was able to diagnose an issue we had with a loud return (something that our home inspector and previous contractors were not able to identify accurately). Yesterday, I had Michael come in and remove a boiler used to heat a hot tub. The area he had to work in was tight but he got all the pipes, pump and electrical removed in record time. There was a concern with the gas line that requires him to return. He keeps safety in the forefront of the situation. He was quick to offer dates and times for me to choose from to come back and tie off the gas line. All in all it was a very good experience hiring someone from Thumbtack.
