- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish: I receive an inquiry, we discuss ideas over the phone, then meet for coffee to show samples of finished work and what I have to offer for products and plan the photo session and what vision you have for your home - retainer is collected during this time. Next is the photo session, then directly after we select the photos and place an order for prints and print products. About 3-4 weeks later, finished products are delivered to the happy customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended University of Missouri Kansas City for Graphic Design and Photography. I read and do research during down time to stay up to date with trends for photos and styles, new camera features and new editing software, as well as techniques to be able to offer my customers the newest, most up to date photos, they can get.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was inspired while in Primary school. I decided to go for it full time after college. Now this is my job, my career and my passion.
