Introduction: My name is Kailyn Forsberg and I am from the Vail Valley. This is where I gained my education and life perspective. Growing up in such a beautiful and active community since a young age I have always loved the outdoors. I have a passion for skiing, the mountains and all of nature's beauty. However, my passion for skiing influenced my life in a way that I never thought it would. I broke my neck at the age of 15. This is the time in your life where you’re supposed to be discovering who you are and I did just that but i had to hit the reset button first. I was paralyzed from the chest down and had to relearn how to live my life. As a result I wanted to share the knowledge that I gained through my own struggles in life as well as my education to help you find out your own ways to thrive through this crazy life we have.
