- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client my goal is to learn as much about the preferences and tastes of the particular group being catered to. Any food allergies or health concerns are important to be aware of when working with new people
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary degree from art institute of Colorado 1998. Certified in nutrition, safety and sanitation. Current food handlers card as well as restaurant management.
