Introduction: I am a complete perfectionist. I am clean and very tidy when I work. I try to complete an area of your home (floor) daily and put all your furniture back so you are not inconvenienced during the project. I love the transformation a wood floor does to a home when complete. Wood floors are one of the best ways to make your home look completely refreshed and new without completely rehabbing a room like a kitchen for example.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for flooring is simple. I charge $2.25 sq. ft for hardwood install. $1.65 for laminate or floating floor. All my other work requires a complete estimate. However for flooring I can give you a basic price but need to see the job to give you and exact price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. But all self study. I am addicted to the DIY channel and I buy a lot of books on renovation. There has been projects I have taken on that I was confident that I could do, however I spent hours watching videos on you tube by professionals with years of experience so I could learn the best way to do it before actually starting the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved construction and home renovation, and it just became part of my life and work.
