- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has its own obstacles but, always keeping a standard on how long most tasks should take, as to not over price the job. Owning a business has expenses, and the business has a reputation to uphold. The price my not always be the lowest, but know that the job will be done right l, no matter any additional costs on my end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I almost always like money up front to cover material cost and some labor, depending on the job contact, 25% - 50% up front for multiple day jobs. I am always willing to work with individuals, as every individual situation has its own corks!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a plumbing masters license and I have a OSHA 30 hour card. I can run heavy equipment and have been in charge of hundreds of others and there construction success.I pride myself on quality and safety throughout my entire carrier, no matter the job.
