I would have chosen responsiveness and punctuality too; but I had to pick 3. Sam showed up to bid the job same day, gave a fair price, got the work scheduled timely, did great work, and met the agreed timeline and cost. They were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I came to Thumbtack because I needed flooringinstalled. I went with the first one I found. I messaged that afternoon, they came out the next morning, measured and gave me a quote I could work with. Because of my schedule, the project didn’t start for a little over a week.
When Sam and MB showed up they were professional, kind and ready to work. The project was done a day ahead of schedule and I am very pleased. In addition to all of the above, what I appreciated the most was their communication. I know nothing about this stuff but Sam paused to ask questions and thoroughly explained my options and educated me on the pros and cons of my decision(s).

After our DIY flooring project didn’t go as planned, we found Sam with Prochoice Flooring LLC on Thumbtack and couldn’t be happier. I have hands-on experience in flooring installation, along with training in various flooring types and techniques.
