I work for a church as their Treasurer. I had been using Quickbooks desktop when my husband experienced a major health emergency. The Pastor called the council president and they paved the way for a desktop computer and Quickbooks online so that I could continue working from home. Carolyn patiently walked me through all of the training I needed, while I continued to maintain the accounts for the church as we restructured the accounts from an old system according to accounting principles,and created numerous reports. She has made herself available to answer any questions about issues that arise, and because of Carolyn's patience and knowledge, I successfully transitioned into a hybrid work environment.
